These Terms of Purchase (“Terms”) govern your purchase of clean beauty products (including sulfates-, parabens-, and phthalates-free items such as Uber-Black Mascara and Peppermint Lip Gloss) from Jonesroadbeaute (“we,” “us,” or “our”) through our website (www.jonesroadbeaute.com, “Site”). By placing an order on our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and any other applicable policies posted on the Site. Please read these Terms carefully before making a purchase.
1. Order Placement and Acceptance
1.1 Order Submission
When you place an order on our Site, you are making a binding offer to purchase the selected products at the listed price (in USD, as specified in Section 4). All product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without prior notice, and we reserve the right to correct typographical errors or inaccuracies in pricing or product details at any time.
1.2 Order Confirmation
After submitting your order, you will receive an automated email acknowledging receipt of your order (sent to the email address you provide). This acknowledgment does not constitute order acceptance. We will send a separate “Order Confirmation” email once we have verified your payment, confirmed product availability, and processed your order—this email marks the official acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract between you and Jonesroadbeaute.
1.3 Order Cancellations or Modifications
We aim to process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact our customer support team immediately at [email protected]. We can only cancel or modify orders that have not yet entered the shipping process (i.e., before the “Order Shipped” email is sent). Once an order has been shipped, we cannot cancel or modify it, and you will need to follow our return process (outlined in Section 3) if you no longer want the products.
2. Shipping and Delivery
2.1 Processing and Shipping Timelines
- Order Processing: We typically process orders within 1–3 business days of receiving your confirmed payment (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Delivery Timeline: After processing, standard delivery takes 6–12 business days to reach your specified shipping address. This timeline applies to all deliveries, regardless of domestic or international location, and no additional distinction is made between domestic and international delivery windows.
- Shipping Notifications: Once your order is shipped, we will send an “Order Shipped” email containing a tracking number (if available) and a link to track your package. You are responsible for monitoring the status of your delivery using this tracking information.
2.2 Shipping Responsibilities
- We partner with trusted carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) to deliver your orders. While we strive to meet the stated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs clearance for international orders, weather, carrier disruptions). We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
- You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not liable for orders lost, stolen, or returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If an order is returned to us because of an invalid address, you may be required to pay additional shipping fees to re-send the order.
3. Returns and Refunds
3.1 Eligibility for Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your Jonesroadbeaute purchase. You may return any unused, unopened, and undamaged products for a full refund within 60 days of the delivery date. Products that have been used, opened, damaged (by you), or altered are not eligible for return.
3.2 How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:
- Send an email to [email protected] with your order number, the name of the product(s) you wish to return, and a brief reason for the return.
- Our customer support team will respond within 1–2 business days with a “Return Authorization (RA) Number” and detailed instructions for shipping the product(s) back to us.
- Package the product(s) securely (preferably in the original packaging) and include the RA Number on the outside of the package. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the product(s) to us, unless the return is due to a defect in the product or an error on our part (e.g., wrong product shipped).
3.3 Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect your returned product(s) (to confirm they meet the return eligibility requirements), we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing times.
- Refunds will be issued in USD (consistent with the currency used for your original purchase) and will include the full purchase price of the product(s), minus any non-refundable shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error).
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Currency and Pricing
All prices on the Site are listed and charged in United States Dollars (USD). We do not offer currency conversion for purchases, and any currency conversion fees or foreign transaction fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jonesroadbeaute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, lost profits, inconvenience, or damages due to delayed delivery) arising out of or related to your purchase or use of our products. Our total liability to you for any claim related to your purchase shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the affected product(s).
